Iconic American landowner magazine The Land Report has featured Victory Ranch in their latest print issue as a coveted investment property nestled in the great outdoors. Praised as an active mountain town, Victory Ranch is touted as a refreshing destination “surrounded by world-class ski resorts and millions of acres of national forests.”

The publication waxes: “‘FUN’ might not seem like the right word to use when describing a high-end residential community that’s made up of well-educated, affluent owners from across the country. But that’s the word nearly every person I talked to during my visit — developers, residents, staff members, and outfitters — used to describe the vibe that permeates every aspect of Victory Ranch. Flip-flops are ubiquitous, and, unlike more typical venues, there’s no dress code for dinner. If you show up at the Freestone Lodge in waders, no one gives you a second glance.”

Architectural Digest has featured Victory Ranch in its recent article, “7 Stunning Real Estate Developments with Private Restaurants for Buyers Luxury,” which celebrates residential communities’ latest coveted amenity — private dining.

The publication writes, “Forget trying to snag a reservation at the hottest restaurant in town. Don’t you know that the most coveted one of all is in the development where you live? A growing number of luxury residential properties are introducing what they consider to be the ultimate amenity: residents only restaurants.

Victory Ranch’s  Freestone Lodge and The Parlor at The Barn are featured as destinations of both culinary expertise and comfort food. The Parlor at the Barn offers handcrafted pizzas, gourmet sandwiches, healthy salads and hearty breakfasts — all complemented by a full-service bar and old-fashioned ice cream counter. Meanwhile, Victory Ranch’s Freestone Lodge offers locally-inspired fare prepared by our Executive Chef paired with cocktails — and residents can take their meals overlooking the river or under the stars. We are thrilled to be featured and glad to offer thoughtfully curated eats to our residents.

From new leisurely hangouts to heart-pumping activities, our team is constantly ideating unique and enviable amenities to bring to The Ranch. This summer, we’re thrilled to announce five new amenities—available to Victory Ranch residents, Victory Ranch Residence Club members and their guests.

How would we describe Victory Ranch in the summertime? Bustling bliss. There’s always something to do, someone to meet, somewhere to go. Whether it’s spontaneous adventure or carefully planned-out recreation, the Ranch is ready for you to create some unforgettable memories. Whether you’re enjoying your Residence Club cabin for a few weeks or just a weekend, here’s some inspo for your Victory Ranch bucket list this summer.

1. Go yurt camping in the backcountry

Nothing says summertime like a night spent in the great outdoors. Reachable via foot, bike or one of our rangers, our on-property backcountry yurts are a little different from your typical camping setup. Equipped with electricity, furniture and cozy beds, it’s a wilderness adventure without the stress of pitching a tent or discovering a hole in your air mattress. For added comfort, we can even arrange for a private chef to prepare food for you onsite.

2. Be a kid again at Stony Lake

Bring your kids or simply be a kid. Show off your best cannonball as you leap off the dock into Stony Lake—now at the optimal swimming temperature for the next couple of months. Venture into our boathouse to check out kayaks, stand-up paddleboards or bumper boats and spend the day on (and in) the water.

3. Craft some s’mores on your deck

Turn the porch lights off, fire up the gas fireplace on your Residence Club cabin patio and roast some marshmallows as you tell ghost stories or reminisce with family and friends. Looking to improve upon this classic summertime treat? Try spreading peanut butter or Nutella on your graham crackers beneath the chocolate bar.

4. Indulge in an ice cream cone at The Barn

Our most versatile destination, The Barn features a pizza parlor and ice cream shop (perfect for a hot summer day). Order a triple scoop with three different local flavors on a cone and try to finish it before it melts down your arm!

5. Celebrate the 4th of July—Victory Ranch style

This Fourth of July will be a full-weekend celebration at Victory Ranch. We’ve got tournaments, social hours, parades and more planned for adults, kids and families. It’s always a holiday that’s never to be missed at the Ranch, so we recommend planning a Residence Club stay around this holiday if you can!

6. Play a round of golf

Designed by the legendary Rees Jones, the Victory Ranch golf course is praised as one of the best courses in the state by Golf Digest—and it’s exclusively available to members and their guests, so definitely take advantage of it while you’re here. You’ll experience a 400-foot elevation change as you play the holes, gradually taking in grander panoramic vistas of the Wasatch throughout the day.

7. See how many constellations you can recognize

Stargaze with your eyes or bust out your binoculars, telescope or camera to get a closer look. Whether you’re an astronomy aficionado or simply an appreciator of the stars, there’s nothing quite like the wide open sky on a clear night.

We’re gearing up for all kinds of laughter, joy, and celebration for members and guests over the next few months with resources for adventure and relaxation. Below are some of our most highly anticipated events at The Ranch this summer.

1. Thirsty Thursdays at The Courts

Join your neighbors and friends at The Courts every Thursday throughout the summer. From 4 to 6 p.m., we’ll be serving cocktails and small plates during these weekly socials. Feel free to relax and mingle or challenge a new friend to a friendly game of pickle or tennis. Pop by for a quick hello before your dinner reservations or stay and socialize for the entire event.

2. Post Poolside Socials

Pop on over to the pool at The Post each weekend from 1-4pm. Order your favorite cocktail, beer or glass of wine from the pool bar and pair it with complimentary fresh and light appetizers. Each weekend, we’ll feature a signature cocktail—something refreshing, delicious, and best enjoyed over great conversation with other members.

3. Summerfest Weekend at Victory Ranch

Join us for a weekend of music, family and fun. We will be teaming up with Josh Kelley and friends again this year with a fun-filled weekend of events. Escapism and solace are most often found in one of two places: deep within nature or oneself. At Victory Ranch, one of these is readily available (3,500+ acres of untouched wilderness), and opportunities for the other are thoughtfully curated (indulgent spa services).

Located in the Wellness Barn, The Spa at Victory Ranch is open for business with new treatments, services and products for purchase. With a no-cell-phones policy, The Spa is here to support your need for calm, quiet relaxation. And, of course, to help you feel and look good. Below, discover some of our most desired seasonal spa treatments, available 7 days a week.

1. Hydrating Oxygenating Facial

This 90-minute treatment is the best of both worlds: incredible relaxation, combined with powerful anti-aging and skin-rejuvenating technology. In addition to a full customized facial, your esthetician will perform a 98% oxygen infusion treatment and use LED therapy to reverse and prevent signs of aging. The oxygen infusion instantly hydrates and plumps, while the LED therapy targets skin rejuvenation from a cellular level, promoting skin healing and the production of collagen.

2. Dermaplaning

Available as an upgrade to any facial treatment, dermaplaning is a painless cosmetic procedure that removes dead skin cells and peach fuzz from your skin. Benefits include a brighter complexion (dead skin cells = dullness), improved skin texture, and better absorption of your skin care products.

3. Chemical Peel

Performed as a series—starting with a gentle enzyme peel to prepare your skin—our chemical peels are customized to your skin’s needs and goals. Working deep within your skin layers, chemical peels promote cellular turnover, resulting in a new layer of smoother, brighter, healthier skin. Benefits may include reduced discoloration, smoothing of fine lines & wrinkles, and improvements in acne breakouts.

4. CBD Massage

Ideal for anyone experiencing stress—mental, physical, or both—the CBD massage is the ultimate relaxation experience. Our massage therapists use CBD oil during a customized massage treatment to address inflammation and reduce stress during and post-massage. Our 60- or 90-minute massage treatments are performed in the comfort of your own home. Additional upgrades include aromatherapy, hot stones, a scalp oil treatment, and more.

5. Acupuncture

Our acupuncturist—also a trained herbalist and Reiki healer—will come to your home for a 60-minute wellness session. Your personalized treatment may include acupuncture, cupping, herbal & dietary recommendations, Reiki energy healing and bodywork—based on your unique physical and emotional needs.

Not looking to leave the house? Our talented therapists are happy to come to you with our new in-house spa menu gaining popularity.

From the patio of your Residence Club cabin to the many spaces and places within The Barn or The Post, there’s no shortage of spots to gather with your people at the Ranch. And while most are breezily accessible from every corner of the community, one locale in the backcountry has a peaceful charm that’s worth the short trek. Introducing the Lost Library.

A luxurious indoor-outdoor lounge set along the River Trail, the Lost Library offers an idyllic setting to host your next get-together in the wild. And best of all, it can be reserved ahead of time for however you’d like to enjoy it. Need some inspo? Here are some of our members’ favorite ways to enjoy The Lost Library.

1. Celebrate someone’s birthday.

We’ve got cornhole boards and bags on deck, a fire pit and tons of seating — it’s the perfect setting for a small or midsize celebration of friends and family. The views and atmosphere are perfect for daytime parties. Equally so, string lights and the fire pit set the mood for an evening soirée. Surrounded by trees, cliffs and the flowing river, there are no neighbors to disturb (other than the four-legged or winged kinds!) — so laugh, cheer and celebrate without worry out here.

2. Host your next book club meeting.

In order to really set the scene when it’s your turn to host, make sure to choose a book set in the wilderness (or with elements of nature, at least). Think: Kristin Hannah’s The Great Alone or Delia Owens’ Where the Crawdad’s Sing. Let the songs of the rushing river, calling birds and rustling leaves gently envelop you as you discuss plot twists and epic journeys over small plates and wine.

3. Enjoy some moments of solitude.

Whether you’re at The Residence Club with family or entertaining a whole slew of guests, sometimes you just need a moment away from it all. Enjoy the serenity and seclusion as you use the space for whatever your soul needs: meditation, journaling, reading, writing, knitting — you name it.

4. Have a nice lunch during a day on the trails.

Whether you plan to hike, bike or stroll through the backcountry trails, make sure to pack plenty of water and a lunch to enjoy at your designated stopping point: The Lost Library, of course. Rest your legs, cool off in the river and fuel up for the rest of your journey.

Take a deeper dive into life at the Ranch here and unlock a world of adventure at The Residence Club.

Springtime at Victory Ranch is best spent outdoors. Warm, sunny days usher in miles and miles of adventure, while breezy nights set the stage for fireside bonding or open-air stargazing from the seven-person hot tub on your cabin patio. Below, get a glimpse of what adventures our owners at The Residence Club are gearing up for this season.

Hiking

These days, we could all use more moments to slow down and reconnect with ourselves and the earth  — and getting in a good workout while doing so is always a good idea. Just steps away from your cabin at The Residence Club, you’ll find more than 20 miles of premier hiking trails for all activity levels. Take a stroll or jog through the backcountry, looking out for blooming flora, native wildlife and extraordinary vistas of wide, open land.

Archery

Challenge yourself to learn a new skill or enjoy an old hobby at our much-loved archery range. Just around the corner from The Post, you’ll find 10-, 20-, and 40-yard hay bale and a selection of complimentary bows and arrows. For the youngsters wanting to channel their inner Katniss Everdeen, we have easy-draw Genesis Mini Compound Bows — weighing just two pounds — so they can join in on the family fun.

Fishing

At Victory Ranch, our four miles of private Upper Provo River are prime for fly fishing — especially during the springtime when the water is warming up and setting the perfect conditions for a great catch. Native species include wild German brown trout, rainbow, brooks and cutthroats. Beginners welcome, too — our skilled Outfitters are here to make sure you have the most effortless and fun day out on the river.

Mountain Biking

The mild springtime weather is beyond idyllic for a heart-pumping bike ride through the expertly designed trails in Victory Ranch backcountry. For a milder ride, stick with the Kamloop Trail and its 3% grade incline. For a bigger challenge (with an even bigger reward in the form of unbeatable views), take on the Fremont Trail and its 5–7% grades. Hop on your own two wheels or check out one of our Full Suspension Mountain Bikes and their shock-absorbing tires.

Is your family ready to escape to nature and embark on unforgettable spring adventures? Now’s the time to come home to The Residence Club — simply contact our sales team today.

At the Ranch, we’re all about speed on the slopes — but between outdoor adventures, taking time to slow down can be just as fulfilling. Although epic memories are forged during exhilarating experiences in the snow and on backcountry trails, they’re made whole by the quieter moments of connection and reflection.

Thankfully, The Residence Club offers members seamless access to Victory Ranch’s world-class onsite and closeby activities alongside countless opportunities for relaxation. Plus, year-round upkeep for your modern cabin home means you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy peaceful, post-excursion moments with friends and family. Below, see what a winter day of relaxing and resetting looks at The Residence Club at Victory Ranch.

Attend a Yoga Class at the Movement Studio

While there are plenty of opportunities to kick back in your cabin home at The Residence Club at Victory Ranch, sometimes the best way to recharge is through a restorative session of meditative movement. Start your morning off by visiting The Barn’s Movement Studio for an energizing, expert-led yoga session.

Indulge in a Massage at The Spa

While at The Barn, give your body some special attention with a massage—you’ve earned it after all those adventures. Consider giving your treatment a boost with Antarra Balance CBD oil, proven to hydrate skin and offer much-needed muscle relief after a day on the slopes or in the backcountry.

Enjoy a Cocktail at the Freestone Lodge

Toast the end of a full day with a handcrafted cocktail at the riverside Freestone Lodge, or get cozy with aprés sips after an afternoon on the slopes in our outdoor igloos. Steeped in a warm, rustic ambiance, evenings at the Lodge are a perfect time to unwind with family, friends and neighbors while enjoying locally sourced dishes and expertly crafted drinks from our Freestone Lodge chef and his culinary team.

Soak in Your Very Own Hot Tub

When Victory Ranch is home, you can revel in your very own apres-ski paradise—every Residence Club Cabin has a stunning seven-person hot tub, which means you and the family can put life on pause and soak the stress away, any night of the week.

S’mores and Stories By the Fire Pit

A tried and true way to reset and savor your time at the Ranch? Settle by your cabin’s very own fire pit, or venture to The Post and Freestone Lodge to trade stories, roast s’mores and stargaze by the fire alongside neighbors and friends. An exquisite escape from the hustle bustle of modern life, The Residence Club at Victory Ranch provides picture-perfect settings designed to help you slow down, reset and reconnect with those you love.

Here at The Residence Club, we’ve flipped the switch on what it means to escape the everyday — and we mean really escape. Imagine arriving to a beautifully designed, fully appointed cabin home without having to lift a finger. Your gear and personal items? They’re all there, waiting for you. And the upkeep that comes with typical real estate ownership? That’s on us. Below, explore the complimentary services that make living entirely effortless at The Residence Club.

Pay For What You Use

Having a vacation home is great while you’re there, but what about all the time you’re not? Is it sitting there, unused? Are you only renting it out days or weeks at a time? The Residence Club memberships eliminate the need to rent out your vacation property because you’re only paying for the time you’ll actually spend there — so no losses to recover.

Thoughtful Cleaning & Maintenance

Unused vacation homes typically accumulate dust and grime, just as things inevitably need to be serviced or replaced over time and your landscaping must evolve with the seasons. Ownership through The Residence Club, however, alleviates all of the cleaning and maintenance from your responsibility.

All Your Groceries, Ready to Go

Owning at The Residence Club grants you access to our attentive staff, whose job it is to make your stay as effortless and enjoyable as possible. One menial task we can take off your hands is grocery shopping — among so much more. Our team will pre-stock your kitchen with snacks, drinks and staples, at your request, so you can immediately settle in and relax once you arrive.

Gear & Equipment on the House

From the big (bumper boats, bikes and paddle boards) to the small (basketballs and fishing rods and nets), we’ve got everything to support a life of fun and adventure on The Ranch — complimentary for The Residence Club members. All you have to do is show up, and we’ll ensure that everyone in the family has the most memorable time at the Ranch.

Stress-Free Concierge Services

In addition to behind-the-scenes and pre-arrival services, ownership at The Residence Club includes dedicated, year-round concierge services during your time at The Ranch. Our Member Services staff can take care of travel planning, activity bookings, restaurant reservations, transportation services and more. Anything you might need is just a phone call or email away.
